1. Apply for MusiCares approval
Approval is required before scheduling care. To apply, email MusiCares directly. Below is a simple template you can use to make the process easy.

2. Wait for confirmation from MusiCares
Their team may request documentation related to your work in the music industry.
A minimum of five years employment in the music industry (three years for disaster relief), OR
Six commercially released recordings or videos (singles)

Once approved, you’ll be eligible to schedule when appointment slots open.
